Working towards CQC registration
Velox is currently applying for CQC registration as part of our ongoing development as a domiciliary care service provider.
This reflects our commitment to safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led support for individuals receiving care and support.
As our registration progresses, this page will be updated with the relevant details.
Strengthening our care provision
Velox already works with local authorities, ICB teams, care providers and partner organisations across adult and children's social care.
Our CQC application supports the continued development of our domiciliary care provision, including individual care packages, specialist support and adult social care delivery.
We are building our service around clear governance, safer recruitment, quality assurance, staff oversight and person-centred care.
Our approach to quality
Safe, effective and person-centred care
Our service is being developed around the five CQC key questions: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Safer recruitment and compliance
We review candidate suitability through employment history, right-to-work checks, references, DBS checks where required and training review.
Clear governance and oversight
We are building clear processes for care planning, supervision, quality assurance and service delivery.
Person-centred support
Support is shaped around the individual's needs, preferences, goals, routines and wider care plan.
Ongoing communication
We maintain open communication with services, professionals and families throughout the care arrangement.
Our approach to quality
Velox is committed to maintaining high standards across recruitment, training, compliance, care planning, supervision and service delivery.
Our processes are designed to support safe, consistent and accountable care for the people and services we support.
